HOW TO MAKE PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
MAY PINK offers wholesale clothing to established retail vendors only and is closed to the public. All members of this website must require pre-approval. To register, please visit our New Member Registration Page which can be found at this link. https://www.maypink.com/member-application.html
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
All our products are pre-packed as 6 pieces (2 smalls - 2 mediums- 2 large size). In-stock items minimum order quantity is 1 pack.
HOW SOON DO YOU SHIP IN-STOCK ITEMS?
We do our best to process orders on the same day. In general, any orders placed before 12:00pm PST ship the same day and any orders placed after 12:00pm PST ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day.
But for new website customers paying with credit card, our order processing time is usually 7-10 business days - as we have to confirm payment approval. This is our company policy, so please keep in mind when you are ordering from our website for the first few times! However, payment approval for Paypal comes through within only 2-3 business days - so we recommend using Paypal as your payment method for newer customers.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
